An app that addresses fundamental issues

RotaPal, a Northern Irish company founded by two doctors, is a realtime rota management app which has been revolutionising how doctors and healthcare professionals connect and communicate with their colleagues. At a time when the health care system faced its most challenging period. RotaPal was making waves with a human resources tool that would change how they work. 

 The judges praised the company for its efforts. They said. “This application addresses a fundamental issue and will have a significant impact on assisting with staffing and resourcing among frontline staff. A simple yet innovative idea and implementation.”
